Our congregational life centers around Word and Sacrament. We use several setting and styles of worship. Every Sunday fellowhip following worship is intergral to our meeting and eating toether as family in the body of Christ. A few years ago we formed a Social Committee which has become instrumental to bringing new life to the church The Social Committee complements the Worship services, adds to the warmth and friendship we need to continue to build a strong congregation. The committe plans many activities focused on special church seasons and building realtionships. Our Sunday meets at 10 am, which accomadamtes our changinf worhsip times. We have grades preschool to grade 6. The Sunday School has a foster child and makes a special point to write to her regualarly and remember her on special occassions. This year the children made a quilt for Karen for her brthday and held a beef on a bun lunch and bakesale to raise money to support Karen. Our children take active part in worship service; reading, playing music during offering, and helping as ushers and aclolytes. They are a vital part of our congregation. We house the local foodbank. Our basemant was remodeled and has become a focus of fellowship providing a homey and inviting space. Several community groups have begun to use that space for their meetings.
