Nazareth Lutheran Church is an inclusive community church organized by Danish settlers over a century ago on Treaty 7 territory. We are Lutheran in our theology, understanding, and practices (see ELCIC.ca for details). We believe that Christ came with a message of love, welcome, and radical inclusion and strive to follow that example. We welcome people in Standard and the surrounding area, regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity, race, ethnicity, faith history, family configuration, physical and mental ability, and age.
